1 - Adjetivo antes do substantivo

Ao contrário da estrutura no português, a ordem será adjetivo e depois o substantivo:

E.g.:  This is a beautiful picture.
         My father is a honest man.

2 - Nunca coloque um adjetivo no plural

Em português é correto colocarmos tanto o substantivo quanto o adjetivo no plural (ex.: "mulheres bonitas", "carros novos", "livros interessantes"), mas em inglês o adjetivo permanece sempre no singular:

E.g.:  Beautiful women.
         New cars.
         Interesting books.

*obs: Isso vale também quando usamos números:

E.g.:  This is a 50 thousand Dollar watch (ao invés de 50-thousand Dollars watch)

         We stayed in a five-star hotel (ao invés de five-stars hotel)

3 - Quando um substantivo contém mais de uma qualidade ou adjetivo, a ordem será ir desde o conceito "mais amplo" até "mais específico":

E.g.:   My brother bought a big red plastic ball.
          I have a black leather jacket.
          The Beatles were a great popular rock band from the 60's.
